If you are currently using Internet 24, you will use your member number (lowest member number if you ownership on more than one membership) to register on the new Internet 24 on July 8th. You can pay practically anyone using Bill Pay. Pay your mortgage, utility bills, phone bill, credit card, auto loans, even your doctor or day care center. Currently the IRS and other taxing entities will NOT accept payments via Bill Payment.
Payment is deducted directly by Alta Vista Credit Union. Please ensure that funds are available in your checking account prior to scheduling a payment.
With Bill Pay, you have complete control of your account. You control the amount you want to pay and when the funds will be deducted from your account. If for some reason, you want to cancel the service, it's a lot easier than trying to stop an ACH debit from being deducted from your account.
Your Bill Pay payees are only available through Internet 24. This means only you have access and control over your account and payment information. Bill Pay is protected by the same security measures as Internet 24. No payments will ever be made without your approval--just like using checks. In addition, you will receive a confirmation number for each payment you schedule.
Alta Vista Credit Union is committed to providing your family with the Credit Union Difference.
